I kind of regret going through with this purchase because the payment options were so limited. I expected there to be more ways to pay, but it felt really inconvenient. If I’d known that beforehand, I probably would’ve thought twice.

I placed my order and got the confirmation email quickly, which was good to see. I’ve ordered from other sites before where I had to wait around wondering if it even went through, so this was a nice change. So far everything looks fine, but I’ll know more once it actually arrives. The website was a little clunky to use, though.

To be fair, sending the order back was easy enough since I followed the instructions they gave me. But since then, it’s been nothing but emails that don’t really go anywhere. I still haven’t had a clear update or my refund, and support keeps sending what feels like the same copy-and-paste reply. It’s been weeks now, it’s not worth the hassle if there’s any chance you might need to return something.

"Arrived safely, which was a relief"
I was happy when this showed up and everything was intact. The bottles were packed well, nothing leaked, and they all made it safely. The box had a little dent on it, which made me slightly nervous at first, but everything inside was totally fine. I’d order again without worrying too much

The staff were friendly and seemed to know the basics, which was helpful. I did have a couple of questions they couldn’t answer super clearly, so it felt like they were kind of guessing at times. Overall, the site was fine and the service wasn’t bad, but a little more knowledge on the details would’ve made the experience better.

I poked around the site and it seems okay overall, like I didn’t notice anything really sketchy right away. But at the same time, there isn’t a ton of clear info that makes me feel fully confident either. The layout looks normal enough, and everything kind of checks out on the surface, but I’d still be a little cautious before trusting it completely. For me, it lands somewhere in the middle...

"Customer service was really poor"
I had a frustrating experience with redandwhite.com support. I reached out about an order issue, and then just kind of sat there waiting way longer than I expected for a reply. When they finally did get back to me, it felt like they barely read my message because the response didn’t really answer what I was asking.
After that, I had to keep following up, which got old fast. It felt like I was doing all the work just to get a basic answer. Maybe other people have had a smoother time with them, but based on my experience, the customer service really wasn’t great.

The website was okay overall. I was able to find most of what I needed, but it took a few more clicks than I expected. Some pages loaded a little slowly for me, and the layout feels a bit outdated in spots. Checkout was fine though, so no major complaints there. Not bad, just could be a little easier to use

Overall, I had a good experience. The site was easy to use, and my order arrived in good shape with no real problems. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but i probably should’ve ordered earlier instead of waiting until the last minute. Not a big deal, just something I’ll keep in mind next time.

"Discount codes are a total joke"
I tried shopping on redandwhite.com because they had this promo banner flashing a discount like it was some big deal, but when I got to checkout, the stupid code just refused to work.
Then I signed up for their emails thinking maybe they’d send me an actually useful offer, but nope, the link just dumped me right back at the same prices. Pointless, honestly.
Customer support sent me one of those copy-paste replies that helped absolutely nothing, and I still never got the discount. Maybe other people have better luck, but I’m not wasting my time with this nonsense again.

I was ready to place my order, but the payment kept failing over and over. It was annoying, especially because everything else had gone smoothly up to that point. I guess it reminded me how much the checkout experience can make or break how you feel about a purchase.

I ordered last week the whole thing was frustrating. The delivery time kept changing, but nobody bothered to update me or explain what was going on. I’ll admit I’m already a bit impatient when it comes to late deliveries, but this was just annoying. In the end, it never showed up

I kept checking back, thinking maybe I was just looking at the wrong time, but the pattern was clear, everything I actually wanted was out of stock. Different items, same result. It got frustrating fast because nothing I needed ever seemed to be available.

I ordered from redandwhite.com once, it was fine. The product quality wasn’t bad or anything, but it didn’t really impress me either. I guess for the price, I was expecting it to feel a little better. Shipping and the whole ordering part were okay, but the item itself just felt kind of average.
